Our client, a leader in the construction and healthcare industry, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be part of the project execution team supporting large-scale healthcare projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Rochester, MN
**Pay Range:** $160,000 - $200,000
What's the Job?
+ Serve as the on-site manager responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of complex construction projects.
+ Develop and implement project safety plans, ensuring compliance with corporate safety standards and fostering a safe work environment.
+ Manage project controls, procedures, and financial forecasts to meet contractual and organizational goals.
+ Create and oversee project-specific quality and closeout plans, ensuring alignment with contract documents and client expectations.
+ Lead and motivate project teams, including superintendents and engineers, to achieve operational priorities and maintain a positive work environment.
What's Needed?
+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
+ 8-12 years of experience in managing complex healthcare, life sciences, or data center projects.
+ Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
+ Proficiency with industry-standard software and Microsoft Office tools.
+ Ability to develop project schedules, manage subcontracting strategies, and lead risk mitigation efforts.
