Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in electrical and mechanical systems in **Green Bay, WI,** is seeking an Electrical Assembler to join their team. As an Electrical Assembler, you will be part of the Assembly department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Electrical Assembler
**Shift:** Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
What's the Job?
+ Assemble electrical panels, wiring harnesses, and other electrical components according to engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications.
+ Install electronic components such as sensors, controllers, and circuit boards.
+ Perform lock out tag out (LOTO) procedures to ensure safety during assembly activities.
+ Inspect, test, and calibrate electrical components to verify functionality and compliance with standards.
+ Document assembly processes, test results, and modifications accurately to maintain quality records.
What's Needed?
+ No minimum education required; 0-2 years of experience in electrical assembly preferred.
+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
+ Strong knowledge of electrical testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
+ Internal training in NFPA70E (Red Dot) and overhead crane operation provided.
