Our client, a leading manufacturing company specializing in cable and wire assembly, is seeking a dedicated Assembler Operator to join their team. As an Assembler Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range:
**Shift:** 1st shift 8AM-4:40PM, 2nd shift 4PM-1:30AM
What's the Job?
+ Oversee and operate machinery necessary for cable swaging, end treatments, fittings, cutting, grinding, and assembly.
+ Count, package, and label completed cable assemblies ensuring accuracy and quality.
+ Maintain production outputs and quality standards for wire and cable assembly.
+ Follow operational instructions and complete documentation such as job cards and routers.
+ Perform visual and tactile inspections, gather samples for testing, and report quality issues.
What's Needed?
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Prior experience is preferred but not required.
+ Ability to self-motivate and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Good documentation practices and ability to analyze data.

•En qué consiste el trabajo?
+ Supervisar y operar maquinaria necesaria para el swaging de cables, tratamientos de extremos, accesorios, corte, molienda y ensamblaje.
+ Contar, empaquetar y etiquetar los ensamblajes de cables terminados asegurando precisión y calidad.
+ Mantener los niveles de producción y los estándares de calidad en el ensamblaje de cables y alambres.
+ Seguir instrucciones operativas y completar documentación como tarjetas de trabajo y routers.
+ Realizar inspecciones visuales y táctiles, recopilar muestras para pruebas y reportar problemas de calidad.
•Qué se necesita?
+ Diploma de secundaria o equivalente.
+ Se prefiere experiencia previa, pero no es obligatoria.
+ Capacidad para automotivarse y resolver problemas en un entorno dinámico.
+ Excelentes habilidades organizativas y atención al detalle.
+ Buenas prácticas de documentación y capacidad para analizar datos.
