    As a **Security Professional - Media Patrol Full Time** in **Aurora, IL** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas within a dynamic tech-focused location. You will remain highly visible, provide exceptional customer service, and serve as a helpful resource for those on-site.     What You'll Do:

    + Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

    + Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

    + Conduct regular and random patrols around the site and perimeter of the location, which may include technology, media, and telecom facilities.

    + Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry or suspicious activity, reporting any concerns according to site protocols.

    + Observe and report security-related irregularities such as property damage, theft, or unusual situations to Allied Universal management and/or site personnel.

    + Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members to maintain a welcoming environment.

    + Document all incidents and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

    + Remain flexible to adapt to changing environments and conditions as needed at the assigned location.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

    + Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.

    + Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

    + Experience with alarm panels is preferred.

    + Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

    + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

    + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
