As a **Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Specialist** in **Chandler, AZ** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Working environments and conditions may vary depending on the location.

+ Observe and report any unusual activity or incidents that may occur within the commercial real estate location.

+ Collaborate with property management and other personnel as required to support security-related needs.

+ Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues and provide a sense of security-related reassurance to tenants and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
