As a **Security Officer - Healthcare Patrol** **Full Time** in **Conroe, TX** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while offering a visible and reassuring presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, engaging with people on site, and delivering exceptional customer service through strong communication. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service by implementing security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, respond to emergency situations within the healthcare location.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.

+ Observe and report any security-related irregularities, such as property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences within the location.

+ Assist with access control, verifying identification and/or credentials as needed, to help maintain appropriate entry to restricted areas.

+ Communicate with Allied Universal management, site staff, and local authorities as required during incidents or emergencies.

+ Document all activities, incidents, and observations accurately in daily reports or incident logs as required by Allied Universal policies.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
