As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a leading technology-focused location, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and employees. Your primary responsibilities will include managing access control, verifying credentials, and providing exceptional customer service. You will help to deter security-related incidents by maintaining a visible presence at the front desk and responding promptly to inquiries or issues. What You'll Do:

+ Greet employees, visitors, and/or vendors in a professional and courteous manner as they enter the location.

+ Monitor access points and check credentials to help to deter unauthorized entry or access to restricted areas.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific policies and procedures.

+ Provide customer service by addressing questions, assisting visitors, and providing directions or information as needed.

+ Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and/or irregularities according to established protocols.

+ Follow site-specific procedures for emergency response activities, including assisting with evacuations or drills when required.

+ Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to support security-related procedures and help to deter disruptive behavior.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
