    As a Program Manager within the IDC's Program Management Office (PMO), you will serve as the heartbeat of these marketing initiatives, orchestrating cross-functional collaboration and delivery. The ideal candidate will excel at removing ambiguity, creating structured approaches that enable teams to move quickly while maintaining quality standards, and championing meaningful impact over activity metrics. You will be responsible for establishing clear execution frameworks, adapting processes based on team needs, and driving continuous improvement in how the IDC operates. This role requires someone who can effectively balance the need for standardization with flexibility, while consistently driving high-impact outcomes that advance AWS's marketing objectives.

    Key job responsibilities

    An IDP Program Manager is counted on to provide the structure, discipline, and momentum to deliver an Integrated Demand Plan against AWS’s goals and objectives. The role is the advocate of campaign process and the predictor of hiccups before they happen. The IDP Program Manager should be the best dot-connector on the planet, keeping stakeholders regularly in the loop through agile methods and coaching. They are responsible for onboarding the team into Agile ways of working, setting up and managing the team’s Agile rhyme, identifying and escalating blockers that the team faces, facilitating the Agile Ceremonies, and coaching the team to improve. The IDP Program Manager will act as a whole-lifecycle thinker to ensure every angle is covered as efficiently as possible. Passion for working with cross-functional teams to deliver results is a must. You should be able to demonstrate the ability to work backwards, starting with customers, stakeholders, and any related team owners.

     

    * Utilize agile methodologies to deliver the creation and execution of an IDP .

    * Operate as part of an IDP Core Team.

    * Lead agile ceremonies and develop consistencies in work prioritization and backlog management.

    * Align and manage intake forms, SLAs across channels and orchestrate omnichannel launches.

    * Utilize and operate waterfall workbacks in Workfront and collaborative workstream operations within Figma.

    * Coordinate inputs to set up workstream kickoffs

    * Coordinate and consolidate content review processes and presentations across multiple stakeholders (only in current state until Content Studio team is stood up)

    * Lead and consolidate sprint retrospectives across Core IDP team and analyze for future process efficiencies

    * Identify project risks and implement performance tracking and measurement protocols

    Basic Qualifications

    - 5+ years of program or project management experience

     

    - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

     

    - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

    Preferred Qualifications

    - 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

     

    - Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
