Job Description:
Sage is a global leader in business technology, helping millions of customers thrive through innovation. We’re looking for a strategic and commercially-minded Vice President of Pricing to lead our global monetisation efforts across all products, including our growing portfolio of AI solutions.
As VP of Pricing, you’ll shape how Sage brings value to market. You’ll lead pricing strategy across a £2.7bn annual recurring revenue portfolio, ensuring our pricing and packaging reflects customer needs, market trends, and product innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and gaining alignment on monetisation strategies for Sage’s global product portfolio, with a focus on AI
• Leading annual pricing cycles and forecasting pricing impact across all regions
• Collaborating with product, marketing, and sales teams to translate strategy into actionable pricing and packaging
• Driving rigorous market, customer, and competitor analysis to inform pricing decisions
• Supporting go-to-market teams with pricing recommendations for launches and strategic deals
• Chairing global pricing committees and overseeing mid-market deal governance
• Innovating pricing models by staying connected to industry best practices
• Communicating pricing strategies clearly across senior and cross-functional audiences
• Leading a global team of pricing professionals
• Contributing to Sage’s Commercial Design & Growth leadership team
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a seasoned pricing leader with:
• 15+ years of experience in pricing or commercial strategy, ideally in B2B SaaS
• Proven success in monetising AI products and developing pricing frameworks
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
• Expertise in pricing research and customer insights
• Ability to influence at senior levels, including C-suite
• Experience navigating complex, matrixed organisations
• MBA or equivalent is a plus, but not essential
