    Our client, a leading organization in the medical device industry, is seeking a R&D Project Manager to join their team. As a R&D Project Manager, you will be part of the Research & Development department supporting innovative projects across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** R&D Project Manager

    **Location:** Salt Lake City, Utah

    **Pay Range:** $57/h + benefits

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Oversee complex enterprise projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, R&D, Medical, and Supply Chain across multiple facilities.

    + Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.

    + Monitor project progress, make adjustments as needed, and communicate updates to stakeholders including senior management and executives.

    + Evaluate project outcomes, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and organizational expectations.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

    + Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in an FDA-regulated environment.

    + Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools such as Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.

    + Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of data and work effectively under pressure.

    + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
