Our client, a leading organization in the automotive industry, is seeking a Validation Engineer 3 to join their team. As a Validation Engineer 3, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting vehicle validation and testing processes. The ideal candidate will have experience working with ICE Engines.
**Job Title:** Validation Engineer 3
**Location:** Pontiac, MI
Pay Range: $41 per hour
What's the Job?
+ Lead analysis, development, and validation processes across assigned vehicle programs.
+ Define vehicle and component requirements for specific partitions.
+ Manage test hardware reduction processes and address issues proactively.
+ Support supplier validation activities and develop validation plans and schedules.
+ Provide technical leadership and assessment for validation activities across platform groups.
What's Needed?
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
+ 5-7 years of relevant automotive industry experience, particularly with internal combustion engines.
+ Strong knowledge of automotive engineering methodologies, testing, design, and analysis processes.
+ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication tools such as Lotus Notes.
+ Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and cultures.
