Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Warehouse Assembly to join their team. As a Warehouse Assembly, you will be part of the production department supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Warehouse Assembly

**Location:** Centerville, IA

Pay Range: $17.08

**Shift:** 2nd and 3rd shift

What's the Job?

+ Operate assigned machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner following standard work procedures.

+ Load and unload raw materials and finished products, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols.

+ Conduct visual inspections to maintain product quality standards.

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area to promote safety and efficiency.

+ Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety features on machinery.

What's Needed?

+ Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and reaching.

+ High school diploma or GED preferred; entry-level experience acceptable.

+ Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

+ Ability to submit to pre-placement background check.

+ Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
