    **Location:** Ashland, KY

    **Employment Type:** Full-Time

    **Pay:** Up to $14/hr (Weekly Pay!)

    **Schedule:** 40hours/week (Mon–Sat, 8am–5pm)

    2. Key Responsibilities

    + **Customer service:** Assist customers in person, by phone, or via email with parts inquiries, quotes, and order updates.

    + **Sales & order fulfillment:** Process transactions, take special orders, and accurately pull/prepare parts for customers and technicians.

    + **Inventory management:** Receive, unpack, and verify incoming parts; maintain a clean, organized stockroom; assist with inventory counts.

    + **Parts research:** Use catalogs and supplier resources to identify and locate technical parts.

    + **Administrative tasks:** Enter data into company software, process payments, and manage records.

    + **Communication:** Coordinate with service advisors and technicians; notify customers when special orders arrive.

    3. Required Skills & Qualifications

    Must-Have:

    + Excellent customer service and communication skills

    + Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

    + Strong problem-solving skills

    + Computer proficiency (POS systems, inventory tools)

    + Organizational skills and attention to detail

    + Technical knowledge for identifying parts

    Preferred:

    + Experience in parts sales (automotive, repair shops, parts stores, or warehouses)

    + Familiarity with inventory/order management software

    + Interest in RVs, camping, or outdoor recreation
