Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a full-time Electrical Shop Supervisor to join their team.

**Job Title:** Shop Supervisor - Electrical

**Location:** New Orleans, LA

What's the Job?

+ Schedule and organize daily, weekly, and monthly goals for the Electrical Shop (ESHOP) team

+ Manage resources effectively to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld

+ Provide technical support with configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of electrical components including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, IPCs, and general motor control equipment

+ Support Field Service team with technical assistance and troubleshooting

+ Oversee operation and maintenance of all tools and equipment within area of responsibility

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation & Controls Engineering, Associate’s in Electrical Engineering Technology, or 6+ years’ experience in motor control fabrication

+ Minimum 3 years’ experience in motor control systems or equivalent

+ At least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role

+ Familiarity with PLC programming languages (ladder logic, function block, structured text)

+ Advanced troubleshooting skills for power and control circuitry
