Our client, an industry leader in automotive services, is seeking a Vehicle Lot Technician to join their team. As a Vehicle Lot Technician, you will be part of the operations support team, contributing to the efficient management of vehicle logistics and ensuring smooth auction processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, mechanical aptitude, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Vehicle Lot Technician

**Location:** Flat Rock, MI

**Pay Rate:** $19.00/hr.

**Shift:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

What's the Job?

+ Jump-start vehicles using a jump pack to ensure they are ready for auction, must have experience.

+ Assist with moving and organizing vehicles across the lot to optimize space and workflow

+ Support team with flagging and staging units for auction events

+ Perform basic vehicle checks and report any issues or damages

+ Work outdoors in various weather conditions, maintaining safety and efficiency

What's Needed?

+ Experience in jump-starting vehicles using a jump pack

+ Basic mechanical knowledge or comfort working around vehicles

+ Ability to work outdoors and walk the lot for extended periods

+ Reliability and punctuality

+ Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

+ Valid Driver's License
