Our client, a leading organization in the public service sector, is seeking a Custodian Invoice Intake to join their team. As a Custodian Invoice Intake, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting invoice processing and compliance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong organizational skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Custodian Invoice Intake
**Location:** Santa Ana, CA (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $20-$22/ hr
Shift: 8 am - 5 pm
What's the Job?
+ Review custodian invoices for accuracy and compliance with state fee laws
+ Compare billed rates to allowed rates and identify discrepancies
+ Process invoices for payment or escalate over pre-approved amounts for client approval
+ Maintain accurate records of invoice processing activities
+ Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate invoice handling
What's Needed?
+ Minimum of High School Diploma
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
+ Excellent organizational and communication skills
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Experience with invoice processing or financial documentation is a plus
