Our client, a leading manufacturing and distribution organization, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join their team. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be part of the operations support team, ensuring efficient warehouse activities and fostering a safe, organized, and productive environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Carlstadt, NJ

**Pay Range: $** 45-$50 hourly

Shift: AM Shift

What's the Job?

+ Manage all warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.

+ Supervise and lead warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

+ Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, verifying accuracy and timeliness.

+ Maintain accurate inventory records and implement best practices for stock management.

+ Develop and enforce operational procedures to maximize efficiency and minimize errors.

What's Needed?

+ 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, shipping, and receiving within a manufacturing or distribution environment.

+ Strong leadership and team management skills.

+ Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

+ Effective verbal and written communication skills.

+ Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
