Our client, a leading organization in the cybersecurity industry, is seeking a Junior Red Team to join their innovative team. As a Red Team member, you will be supporting the Offensive Security Research department, contributing to cutting-edge AI security initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate curiosity, analytical thinking, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
+ Perform cybersecurity testing against AI technologies from a red team perspective to identify vulnerabilities.
+ Develop proof-of-concept exploits and simulate threat actor techniques to assess security gaps.
+ Analyze AI security incidents and breaches, supporting incident response and forensic investigations.
+ Collaborate with technology leaders and solution owners to promote responsible deployment of AI systems.
+ Contribute to research, design, testing, and implementation of advanced AI security solutions across networks and applications.
What's Needed?
+ Experience in cybersecurity research related to AI, with at least 4 years in the field.
+ Proficiency in creating exploits, proof of concepts, or reverse engineering, demonstrated through work or military experience.
+ Experience with red team testing, including simulating threat scenarios and assessing vulnerabilities.
+ Ability to communicate complex technical topics effectively to diverse stakeholder groups.
+ Knowledge of machine learning concepts, LLMs, and AI technologies such as Prompt Foo or Model Armor.
