    Masterite Division of DCX-CHOL Enterprises Inc. is seeking an experience Quality Test Engineer with the following qualifications:

    SUMMARY OF POSITION:

    Ensure assigned Quality and Production Test projects, initiatives and processes are in conformance with organization’s established policies and objectives.

    Key Performance Indictors: List two to five measurable tasks that are key to indicating the performance level in this role:

    + Works with project engineer and production test to support operation and integrity of Customer and Government Furnished Test Equipment and Test processes

    + Monitors production process and production testing of PCBA, Cable, Rigid Flex and Chassis/Box Build assembly for critical Navy MK41VLS program

    + Perform inputs and outputs into QA Database on testing results and manufacturing defects

    + Conducts PFMEA root cause analysis for defects and recommending corrective actions

    + Provide Quality Reporting on Statistical top Failure occurrences

    + Make recommendations to production using SPC/PFMEA based metrics.

    + Performs testing products at specified stages in the production process as required to support production and solve test issues

    + Perform In-Process Inspections validating product functionality against the product requirements

    + Works with Engineering and Production to support development, operation and integrity of DCX developed Test Equipment and Test processes

    + Develop and execute test plans and test cases

    + Review and analyze system specifications

    + Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results

    + Report bugs and errors to engineering and production development teams

    + Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing

    + Reviews product design for testability/manufacturability and provides feedback on potential issues

    Qualifications and Experience:

    + Proven experience as an Electronics Test Engineer or similar role

    + Excellent knowledge of electronics principles and hardware testing

    + Strong understanding of electronic testing design, tools, and methodologies

    + Proficient in data analysis and report writing

    + Ability to troubleshoot and debug technical issues

    + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

    + BS degree in Electronics Engineering (or a relevant field)

    + 6-Sigma Black Belt - Highly Recommended

    + Understanding of SPC / CPK Quality Reporting

    + General PCBA assembly knowledge - recommended

    + General PCB fabrication knowledge - recommended

    + Teradyne S9100 ATE experience -preferred

    ADDITIONAL:

    + Able to lift up to 50lbs

    + A neat and tidy personal appearance must be maintained

    + Work evenings, days and weekends as required

    + The ability to work and communicate within a team fast-paced environment

    + Good communication and interpersonal skills with staff

    + High level of integrity and strong ethical values are foundational requirements.

    + Operating Style:

    + Ability to perform tasks with minimum supervision. (self-starter) hands on, direct and clear communicator, genuine, confident, Good interpersonal skills are a necessity.

    ITAR REQUIREMENTS:
