About the Role
The **Field Project Ambassador** serves as the bridge between homeowners, crews, and management. You’ll be the face of the company in neighborhoods and on job sites—building relationships, generating leads, monitoring project quality, and ensuring that every customer feels supported from start to finish.
This role is perfect for someone who is outgoing, detail-oriented, and enjoys both customer engagement and hands-on field work.
What You’ll Do
+ **Generate Leads & Build Relationships** : Engage with homeowners in active project areas, identify storm damage opportunities, and build rapport with potential clients.
+ **Support Project Start-Ups** : Meet crews and homeowners on-site, confirm project details, and set the stage for a smooth process.
+ **Monitor & Document Projects** : Visit job sites regularly, take photos, and ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
+ **Assist with Insurance Coordination** : Support inspections, adjuster meetings, and collect shingle/siding samples for claims processing.
+ **Provide On-Site Help** : Tarp roofs, assist with repairs, and resolve minor issues as needed.
+ **Customer Engagement & Payment Collection** : Keep homeowners informed, collect milestone payments, and encourage reviews/referrals.
+ **Promote at Events** : Represent the company at trade shows, home shows, and community events to generate awareness and new leads.
+ **Maintain Records & Reporting** : Keep CRM updated with lead generation, inspections, customer interactions, and project progress.
What We’re Looking For
+ High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
+ 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or construction (home building/remodeling experience preferred)
+ Strong communication and customer service skills
+ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
+ Familiarity with CRM systems, email, and basic tech tools
+ Valid driver’s license and reliable insured vehicle
+ Physically able to climb ladders, navigate job sites, and lift up to 50 lbs.

**Pay Details:** $45,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
