Responsibilities for a Project Management Analyst include but are not limited to:

+ Project Documentation & Compliance: Execute meticulous project documentation control, including uploading files to uPPM and managing contact updates in oPPM.

+ Meeting Management & Coordination: Oversee the full meeting lifecycle: scheduling, setting up the Teams platform, distributing the agenda (24 hours in advance), and taking and distributing finalized meeting minutes within one business day.

+ Contract and Financial Support: Process and submit critical project financial documentation, including Contract Requisitions, Contract Change Requisitions, CPAs, Work Order Tasks, and Vouchers, ensuring all necessary approvals and documentation are attached.

+ Analytical Support: Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders and analyzing current workflows to support project execution and problem-solving.

Candidates for Project Management Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:

+ 2-5 Years Experience as a Project Management Analyst or equivalent administrative/analytical role (i.e., you know how to run a Project Manager's life).

+ Demonstrated proficiency in high-volume administrative support and meticulous attention to detail.

+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; must be detail-oriented.

+ Ability to manage complex processes related to contract submission and financial tracking (requisitions and vouchers).

**Pay Details:** $37.00 per hour
