Job Description
- Program CNC equipment using Mastercam (required)
- Utilize 3D CAD software – preferably Autodesk Inventor; SolidWorks is acceptable
- Interpret complex blueprints and GD&T specifications
- Develop machining processes and create tool paths from raw material to finished part
- Handle parts with up to 300 dimensions, requiring tight tolerances
- Apply knowledge of milling, turning, and general machining practices
- Select and optimize cutting tools for various operations
- Continuously improve programs to reduce scrap and rework
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support NPI efforts
Skills & Qualifications
- Mastercam proficiency
- Experience in CNC programming, CAD/CAM
- Precision machining experience
- Ability to interpret 2D blueprints and 3D models
Work Environment
This role requires an even split between the manufacturing floor and a computer/desk. The shop is equipped with a range of capital equipment, primarily CNC machines. You will be involved in precision machining and customizing machined parts, performing offline programming, and validating and testing G-Code on the manufacturing floor.

This is a Contract position based out of Stow, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $43.00/hr.
