Process Engineer – St. Louis, MOAbout the Role
We are seeking a Process Engineer to join our dynamic team and drive innovation in pharmaceutical and biologics manufacturing. This role is critical to ensuring process reliability, optimization, and compliance through Continued Process Verification (CPV) and advanced engineering solutions. Key Responsibilities
+ Lead and support Continued Process Verification activities to ensure robust and compliant manufacturing processes.
+ Partner with Process Engineering teams on Tech Transfer, process optimization, and in-process controls.
+ Contribute to research and development initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
+ Maintain strict adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards and GMP regulations.
+ Communicate effectively across teams and document findings with precision.
+ Work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
+ 2+ years of experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biologics environment.
+ Strong understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and US/EU regulatory requirements.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Skills
+ Familiarity with statistical methods for process analysis and validation.
+ Experience with advanced statistical software such as JMP for data analysis.
+ Knowledge of ISO cleanroom protocols and ability to work in controlled environments.
Work Environment
+ Requires gowning and compliance with ISO cleanroom standards at least once per week.
+ Ability to stand for extended periods and access manufacturing areas as needed.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $39.00 - $47.00/hr.
