    Job Title: Production Associate - 1st Shift

    Job Description

    Join our team as a Production Associate, where you will play a crucial role in facilitating production operations on the 1st shift, working an 8-hour day from 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. You will be responsible for operating and monitoring equipment, replenishing materials, and using hand and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate and monitor equipment to ensure smooth production operations.

    + Replenish materials as needed to maintain workflow.

    + Use hand and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications.

    + Perform general warehouse duties, including picking and packing.

    + Inspect sub-assemblies and finished goods for quality assurance.

    + Maintain equipment and clean the production area regularly.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in packaging, production, and inspection processes.

    + Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Previous packaging experience is a plus.

    Work Environment

    This position requires standing for extended periods and performing strenuous repetitive activities. You must be able to lift 50 pounds. The role is conducted during the 1st shift, with working hours from 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

    This is a Contract position based out of Durham, NC.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
