    We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee site-level project management at a data center in Gallatin, TN. This role is pivotal in ensuring that data center projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget. The Construction Manager will serve as the key point of contact for cable and network projects, accountable for all aspects including safety, quality, schedule, and budget. A high level of collaboration with cross-functional partners, on-site contractors, connectivity installers, and other key stakeholders is essential.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage day-to-day activities with General Contractors and Telecom Partners.

    + Drive solutions to preserve business unit goals and KPIs.

    + Act as the point of contact for external partners, providing input into constructability and aiding in project schedule creation and maintenance.

    + Escalate key issues for coordination with Campus Construction Management and Facilities Operations.

    + Work closely with tenured team members for onboarding and guidance on applying knowledge to systems and procedures.

    Essential Skills

    + 15+ years in construction management.

    + Direct experience managing large construction projects (>$500M), especially with general contractors and trade partners.

    + Proven ability to oversee complex, high-budget projects from inception to completion.

    + Experience in analysis of materials and equipment.

    + Demonstrated skill in managing relationships with external partners (GCs, trade partners, suppliers, telecom partners).

    + Strong communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

    + Experience with budget management, schedule creation/maintenance, and ensuring quality standards.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud.

    + Experience with data center construction or network/telecom systems.

    + Familiarity with the unique requirements of cable and network projects.

    + Background in airport construction or similarly complex, operationally sensitive environments.

    + Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CCM (Certified Construction Manager), or OSHA.

    + Professional-level engineering degree or related discipline.

    Work Environment

    The position is onsite at the Gallatin, TN Data Center. The role offers a 12-month duration, providing an opportunity to work on a significant data center project.

    This is a Contract position based out of Gallatin, TN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $85.00/hr.
