    Now Hiring: Lab Quality Specialist – First Shift

     

    Are you detail-obsessed, science-savvy, and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced lab environment? We're looking for a Lab Quality Specialist to join our team and help ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance, safety, and consistency.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Inspect raw materials, components, and final products for quality and compliance.

    + Perform lab tests using precision instruments.

    + Record test results and report any quality issues or deviations.

    + Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality problems.

    + Collaborate on product testing, validation, and improvement projects.

    + Prepare documentation for audits and compliance checks.

    + Promote lab safety and follow environmental protocols.

    + Approve materials and finished goods for release based on test data.

    + Determine testing and sampling requirements for quality assurance.

    What You Bring

    + 3–5+ years in lab testing or quality control (preferably in chemical or industrial manufacturing).

    + Strong knowledge of GMP, lab procedures, and inspection methods.

    + Associate’s degree preferred; hands-on experience highly valued.

    + Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

    Work Environment

    + First shift: 7 a.m. – 4 p.m., rare Saturday overtime.

    + Chemical lab setting with PPE and safety protocols.

    + Must lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of Wood Dale, IL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $26.50 - $34.00/hr.
