Job Title: Site/Civil Project Manager
Job Description
The Site/Civil Project Manager will lead and support design, permitting, and client management efforts for a variety of land development projects. This role involves overseeing site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure design, stormwater management, and erosion control. You will work closely with office leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions for residential, commercial, institutional, and mixed-use developments.
Responsibilities

+ Manage site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure design, stormwater management, and erosion control.
+ Collaborate with office leadership and cross-functional teams.
+ Deliver high-quality engineering solutions for various development projects.
Essential Skills
+ 10+ years of site/civil engineering experience.
+ Professional Engineer (PE) license.
+ Experience with site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, erosion and sediment control, and permitting.
+ Proficiency in project management and civil engineering.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Proficiency in AutoCAD or Civil 3D preferred.
+ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
+ Experience with proposal writing.
+ Integration of geotechnical and environmental engineering.
+ Active participation in professional organizations.
Work Environment
This is an office-based role with flexibility, located in Orlando, FL (Lake Nona). You will collaborate with internal teams and external clients, and occasional travel for client meetings and site visits is required. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
