Job Title: Civil Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead and manage a diverse range of projects, including roadways, water and sewer pipelines, pump stations, drainage systems, and land development. This role requires expertise in planning, design, permitting, and construction management while ensuring compliance with local regulations. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project scope, schedule, cost, and quality, mentoring staff, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities

Essential Skills
+ Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
+ 5+ years of project management and design experience.
+ Familiarity with local regulatory agency requirements and permitting.
+ Strong organizational and communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida preferred.
+ Experience with international projects.
+ Advanced contract and specification preparation skills.
+ Excellent technical writing and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
+ Strong sense of urgency and initiative.
Work Environment
The position is based in Miami, Florida, with a full-time schedule during standard business hours. The work environment is primarily office-based with occasional site visits, fostering a collaborative team setting where creativity and growth are encouraged.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Miami, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
