    Job Title: Project Manager

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee multiple projects. The role involves collaborating with sales to define project requirements, developing execution plans, managing teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee 5-7+ projects simultaneously.

    + Collaborate with sales to define project requirements at the beginning of each project.

    + Develop and implement project execution plans.

    + Work with assigned project engineers and teams to execute the scope of work.

    + Control internal equipment costs, labor costs, and deliveries.

    + Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery are controlled.

    + Ensure projects meet proposed scope of work and customer specifications.

    + Interface with customers to provide reporting and resolve issues.

    + Provide status, spending, and schedule reports to internal and external customers.

    + Travel to customer sites approximately 25% of the time, primarily in the northeast coast.

    Essential Skills

    + 3+ years of project management experience in an industrial environment.

    + Experience with electrical engineered systems/solutions engineered orders.

    + Strong project management skills.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Degree preferred but not required if you have applicable industry experience.

    + Experience working with PLC, drives, and HMI products.

    + Knowledge of metals processing is preferred.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eastlake, OH.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
