    Job Title: CAD Manager

    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled CAD Manager to lead and mentor our team in utilizing Civil 3D and related CAD tools effectively. This role involves conducting quality assurance reviews to ensure project and client requirements are met, staying informed about industry trends, and managing project schedules and deliverables. You will be responsible for maintaining Civil 3D templates, libraries, and standards to promote consistency and efficiency across projects.

    Responsibilities

    + Train and mentor team members on best practices for using Civil 3D and related CAD tools.

    + Conduct quality assurance reviews of CAD deliverables to meet project and client requirements.

    + Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and techniques in CAD and civil engineering design, implementing improvements as necessary.

    + Manage project schedules and deliverables, ensuring that deadlines are met without compromising quality.

    + Manage and maintain Civil 3D templates, libraries, and standards to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.

    Essential Skills

    + Expertise in Civil 3D.

    + Experience in CAD management - styles/templates/standards

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Additional design software knowledge is a plus.

    Work Environment

    You will work in an office environment, supporting a team of 10 design engineers. The role offers a flexible schedule with the opportunity to work from home on Fridays and typically requires being in the office at least three days a week.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Greenwood Village, CO.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $63.00/hr.
