Responsibilities

+ Collaborate with a team to contribute to designs at every stage of the process.

+ Produce design documentation, including schematics, design development, and construction documents.

+ Work on a variety of projects and project types, ranging from multifamily housing to senior living.

+ Participate in both housing and commercial projects, ensuring a well-rounded experience across different project types.

+ Engage in a collaborative environment, learning from experienced professionals and refining your skills.

Essential Skills

+ 3-7 years of experience in architecture and construction documentation.

+ Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and construction documentation.

+ Experience with multifamily and senior living projects.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with SketchUp and Adobe Suite.

+ Motivated and eager to expand experience from schematic design through construction documents.

Work Environment

Work in the Housing studio with opportunities to branch out into commercial projects. The firm is based in a recently renovated office on the 18th floor of the 100 N Charles Tower, offering a panoramic view of the city. The company consists of five studios with a total of 75 employees in Baltimore. The architectural team works on projects that span from Chicago to Connecticut and the DMV area. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of BALTIMORE, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $40.86/hr.
