    Construction Safety Manager (Full-Time) - Phoenix, AZ

     

    We are actively hiring a Construction Safety Manager to support new construction for Semiconductor facilities in Phoenix, AZ! As a Construction Safety Manager, you will play a vital role in developing, implementing, and enforcing safety programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations on construction projects. This position offers an opportunity to work on a historic project in Phoenix, Arizona, at the forefront of the Semiconductor industry.     Responsibilities

    + Develop, implement, and enforce corporate safety programs to ensure compliance with federal (OSHA), state, and local regulations.

    + Mentor and oversee Safety Managers, providing leadership and guidance.

    + Coordinate and lead subcontractor Pre-Construction Safety Planning Meetings, ensuring field compliance.

    + Review subcontractors' Site-Specific Safety Programs and Job Hazard Analyses before mobilization.

    + Conduct regular site evaluations, identify deficiencies, and ensure corrective actions are completed.

    + Monitor subcontractor Toolbox Talks for documentation accuracy and quality standards.

    + Investigate job site incidents using root cause analysis techniques and develop preventive measures.

    + Ensure subcontractors provide proper training to their employees based on the scope of work.

    + Perform routine construction site audits and random patrols to ensure safety compliance.

    Essential Skills

    + 8+ years of experience in large-scale Construction Health and Safety

    + Professional CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician) Certification required

    + Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Safety, or Engineering is preferred

    + Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state safety and health regulations

    Work Environment

    The position is based at our Phoenix, Arizona facility. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, either from 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm. The work involves being on-site at one of the most advanced Semiconductor Fabs in the United States, offering a competitive compensation package and unmatched career opportunities.     Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
