    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Coordinator with a strong background in commercial construction. The ideal candidate will excel in managing multiple facets of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

    Responsibilities

    + Coordinate and oversee commercial construction projects from inception to completion.

    + Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

    + Collaborate with construction management teams to ensure project specifications and standards are met.

    + Handle project-related documentation and communications, including Requests for Information (RFIs).

    + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

    Essential Skills

    + Proven experience in project coordination within the commercial construction industry.

    + Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    + Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    + Familiarity with construction management processes and procedures.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Certification or degree in Construction Management or related field.

    + Experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction projects is a plus.

    Work Environment

    The role requires working in a dynamic and collaborative construction environment. The candidate should be prepared to manage projects both on-site and remotely, with adherence to safety protocols and standards. Dress code is typically business casual, with appropriate safety gear required on construction sites.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Poughkeepsie, NY.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/hr.
