Job Title: Engineer / Office Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a Engineer / Office Manager to join our team in South Florida. The successful candidate will lead a diverse team of civil, mechanical, and electrical engineers, as well as drafters and administrative staff. This role involves mentoring junior staff and overseeing engineering and design work for municipal water and wastewater system-related projects.
Responsibilities
+ Lead and mentor a team of engineers and administrative staff.
+ Manage and oversee engineering and design work for municipal water/wastewater projects.
+ Provide guidance and support to junior staff members.
+ Ensure client satisfaction through effective project management and execution.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
+ 8+ years of design and engineering experience in the water treatment industry.
+ Experience in leading teams and managing staff.
+ Proficiency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
