Job Title: Test EngineerJob Description
We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer to join our team, focusing on ensuring the reliability and quality of our products through meticulous testing and analysis. This role involves collaborating with engineering teams, participating in design reviews, and driving failure analysis efforts to enhance product performance and reliability.
Responsibilities
+ Devise testing plans, methods, and equipment to assure the reliability of products in conjunction with product design and specifications.
+ Participate in engineering design review efforts.
+ Produce detailed reports on each test activity and track relevant test metrics.
+ Drive failure analysis efforts, including documentation, technical analysis, instruction, management briefing, and customer interaction.
+ Plan and arrange labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in engineering and electronics.
+ Experience with test equipment and PCB electronic testing.
+ Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with PCB and electrical systems.
+ Familiarity with schematics, oscilloscopes, soldering, blueprints, and prototype development.
+ Ability to follow work instructions and test procedures.
+ Experience in electro-mechanical systems, aerospace, debugging, and circuit board testing.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in aerospace industry preferred.
+ Strong communication skills for technical documentation and customer interaction.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $45.00/hr.
