    Job Title: Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    The Maintenance Technician repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, gearboxes, hydraulic systems, and production machines and equipment.

    Responsibilities

    + Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.

    + Ensure routine calibration and maintenance requirements of a variety of electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems are undertaken.

    + Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.

    + Maintain electrical equipment including electric motors, control boxes, welders, and PLCs.

    + Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical.

    + Repair and troubleshoot mechanical, electric, and hydraulic motors, electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a fast-paced, industrial environment with rotating 12-hour shifts. Schedule includes 2nd shift: SAT/SUN/MON 4:00pm-4:30am and the next week THUR/FRI.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
