    • What You’ll Do

     

    We’re looking for a detail-oriented Punch Press Operator to help shape the future — literally. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for transforming raw metal into precision components using punch press machinery. You’ll:

     

    + Set up and operate punch press machines to cut, shape, and form metal parts

    + Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders

    + Inspect finished components using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools

    + Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment to ensure smooth operation

    + Monitor production output and fine-tune machine settings for optimal efficiency

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-first workspace

    + Record production data and report any issues to supervisors

    • What You Bring

    + 1+ year of punch press experience

    + Ability to perform full machine setups

    + Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills

    + Familiarity with press brake, sheet metal, and fabrication processes

    + Skilled in using calipers, tape measures, and hand tools

    + Experience in a job shop or manufacturing environment

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chaska, MN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
