Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

Join our team as a warehouse worker, where you will be responsible for order picking light-weight medical cleaning supplies, including brushes, gloves, and other various products. The items you handle will typically weigh around 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

+ Pick 220-230 lines of orders per day

+ Load and unload trucks

+ Pick and package orders

+ Use an RF Scan Gun

+ Process shipments through FedEx

+ Receive incoming materials and inspect them for quality and accuracy

+ Operate walk-behind forklifts and a wave

+ Perform packaging tasks

Essential Skills

+ 1 year of warehouse experience in order picking or retail experience in order fulfillment

+ 3-6 months of experience with a Scan Gun

+ Basic computer skills including navigation, email, internet, and Microsoft Word/Excel

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and walk 10,000+ steps a day while picking 250 lines

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ International shipping experience preferred for higher start rates

+ Experience with labeling, shipping and receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment

Work Environment

Work in a clean, organized, and pleasant warehouse facility. The company fosters a laid-back culture but emphasizes efficiency and productivity when necessary. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm for picking or 9:00 am to 5:30 pm for shipping lanes, with rotation every two weeks.

This is a Permanent position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $20.00/hr.
