Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical components of production equipment and systems. This includes working with linear baggers and various technologies, as well as performing basic maintenance related to all processing equipment. The role requires experience with both high and low voltage electrical systems.

Responsibilities

+ Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical components of production equipment and systems.

+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and PLC equipment.

+ Ensure equipment and area cleanliness to comply with all GMP standards.

+ Work with gear boxes, servo motors, and VFDs.

Essential Skills

+ 1-2 years of Industrial Maintenance experience.

+ Experience with gear boxes, servo motors, and VFDs.

+ Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and PLC equipment.

+ Familiarity with high and low voltage electrical systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Working knowledge of GMP, FDA, SQF, and other regulatory requirements is helpful.

+ Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Work Environment

The position is on the 2nd Shift, Monday to Friday, with an expectation of 40-50 hours per week. Work in a climate-controlled, very clean environment that adheres to GMP standards.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $85280.00/yr.
