Job Title: Painter

Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing painting functions for residential and commercial clients. Our projects encompass both new construction and existing buildings, with a primary focus on interior walls, although exterior painting is also required. All work is conducted within a 25-mile radius of Milwaukee. Utilizing brushes, rollers, and spray guns, including HPLV Airless Sprayers, you will apply various paint coatings to industrial and commercial facilities.

Responsibilities

+ Perform painting tasks using brushes, rollers, and spray guns.

+ Conduct both interior and exterior painting for new constructions and existing buildings.

+ Utilize HPLV Airless Sprayers on large industrial projects.

+ Learn and execute airless spraying, brush and rolling, as well as cutting in without using tape.

+ Interpret and work from blueprints.

+ Complete paint preparation, application, and cleanup efficiently.

+ Work collaboratively with a team to meet project deadlines.

Essential Skills

+ 2+ years of painting experience.

+ 1+ year of commercial painting experience.

+ Proficiency in blueprint reading, paint prep, and cleanup.

+ Experience with airless spray painting, sanding, and drywall.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with multi-family and office buildings.

+ Previous foreman experience.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Franklin, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $25.00/hr.
