Job Title: Site Maintenance Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Site Maintenance Manager to lead and mentor Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers within the North American Fulfillment Network. This role involves developing business and reliability plans, driving best practices in maintenance, and enhancing customer experience through improved processes.
Responsibilities
+ Provide leadership, mentoring, and management to site-based Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers.
+ Develop and implement business and reliability plans to increase facility uptime.
+ Innovate and document maintenance best practices, ensuring a safe work environment.
+ Advise senior leadership on maintenance and equipment end-of-life issues using ROI and analytical techniques.
+ Oversee budget development, execution, and capital planning.
+ Manage vendor support and equipment relationships to maximize economies of scale.
+ Monitor, audit, and enforce maintenance execution and safe work practices.
+ Leverage the maintenance team for the benefit of the North American network.
+ Develop and manage budget and contract documents including RFPs, change orders, purchase orders, and invoicing.
+ Provide Fulfillment Center General Managers with visibility over maintenance operations.
+ Recruit, interview, and hire top talent for Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Area Manager roles.
+ Contribute to the creation of a world-class Maintenance organization.
Essential Skills
+ 7+ years of maintenance leadership experience overseeing more than 75 people.
+ Experience with automated equipment, conveyance, MHE, robotics, maintenance supervision, lean manufacturing, preventive maintenance, and safety.
+ 10+ years of experience managing large complex facilities organizations.
+ 7+ years of senior management and leadership responsibilities.
+ Bachelor's Degree required.
+ Experience in corporate and/or regional maintenance roles leading 80 or more employees.

+ Strong communication, teambuilding, and influencing skills.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
+ Proficient in data analysis and process development.
+ Self-starter with a track record of achieving goals with minimal supervision.
+ Experience with material handling equipment and complex integrated systems maintenance.
+ Knowledge of Lean Concepts, TOC, layout design, cost/benefit analysis, labor productivity analysis, and safety.
+ Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and SQL.
+ MBA or other Master's degree and/or Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is a plus.

This is a Permanent position based out of Arlington, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $170000.00/yr.
