Job Title: Assembler

Shifts Available: 1st shift 5:45am-2:15pm & 2nd shift 2:15pm-10:45pm Monday-Friday with optional OT available.

Pay: Pay is based off interview and skills but ranges from $18-20/HR on 1st shift, and $18-21/HR on 2nd shift

Job Description

As an assembler, you will support production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines by applying job skills and company policies and procedures. You will acquire a working knowledge of product flow and the impact of quality, working on routine assignments with general instructions. Your role will involve operating within established policies and procedures and seeking approval for deviations.

Responsibilities

+ Read and document instructions for specific jobs each day.

+ Perform in-house quality checks to ensure all parts are good supplied to production station.

+ Assemble units to required spec, utilizing the digital instructions given to follow step-by-step.

+ Document any defective parts as per the 'see something, say something' policy.

+ Utilize basic hand tools, such as flat head screwdrivers, torque wrenches, and Philips screwdrivers.

+ Train and assist focus factory members as instructed.

+ Operate in a clean and temperature-controlled environment, with the option to sit or stand depending on the job requirements.

Essential Skills

+ Six months of manufacturing experience.

+ Ability to use basic hand and power tools.

+ Proficiency in reading and writing in english.

+ Experience in production, assembly, and general labor tasks.

+ Familiarity with torque tools, assembly lines, and electronics.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
