Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

Join our team as a General Production Worker where you will be responsible for pulling, packing, and loading products onto pallets. You will monitor quality and stack orders based on daily requirements. This role requires comfort with lifting up to 25 pounds repetitively and demands high attention to detail. You will also engage in inventory counting and stand for extended periods, up to 10 hours a day.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in warehouse, production, or general labor.

+ Proficiency in picking, packing, and palletizing.

+ Comfortable using RF scanners and handling packaging and inventory tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Previous experience as a picker/packer.

+ Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution environments.

Work Environment

The work schedule includes two shifts: 1st shift runs from 7 AM to 3:30 PM (Monday - Friday) and may extend to 10-hour days from 5 AM to 3:30 PM. The 2nd shift operates from 3:30 PM to 12 AM (Monday - Friday) and may require 10-hour days from 3:30 PM to 2 AM. The facility is non-climate controlled but not excessively hot. No steel-toed shoes are needed, but adherence to GMP guidelines is mandatory. Hairnets and beard coverings (for beards longer than ¼”) are required in designated areas. Jewelry is restricted on the plant floor, except for medical alerts and plain wedding bands. False eyelashes, false nails, body glitter, exposed nail polish, perfumes, and after-shave are prohibited in the production facility.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Vergne, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.50/hr.
