Order Picker / Shipper Associate

Pay $19.50/hr

Shift Time: 8:30AM-5:00PM

Job Description

Join our team as a Warehouse Worker where you will be primarily responsible for order picking lightweight medical cleaning supplies, including brushes, gloves, and various other products. You will handle orders that weigh around 35 lbs and are expected to pick 220-230 lines of orders per day.

Responsibilities

+ Loading and unloading trucks

+ Picking and packaging orders

+ Using an RF Scan Gun

+ Processing shipments via FedEx

+ Receiving and inspecting incoming materials for quality and accuracy

+ Operating walk-behind forklifts and a wave

+ Packaging products

Essential Skills

+ 1 year of warehouse experience in order picking or retail experience in order fulfillment

+ 3-6 months of scan gun experience

+ Basic computer skills including email, internet, and Microsoft Word/Excel

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, walking 10,000+ steps a day while picking 250 lines a day

Work Environment

Work in a clean and organized warehouse with a laid-back culture that emphasizes getting work done efficiently. The facility operates Monday to Friday, with shifts rotating every two weeks: picking from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, or ship lanes from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $20.00/hr.
