Job Title: Production Technician
Job Description
You will operate nesting equipment to align with production schedules. You will also troubleshoot and solve problems independently or as part of a team. Collaborate with others to meet daily production and quality goals, maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, and prepare to transition into full machine operator training.
Responsibilities

Essential Skills
+ Experience in machine operation, including printing machine and paper manufacturing.
+ Ability to stand for up to 11.5 hours.
+ Ability to lift up to 30 lbs periodically.
+ Comfortable working 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
+ Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Mechanical ability or experience using tools, hand assembly, or mic gauges is a plus.
+ Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
