Position: Site Maintenance Manager
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site Maintenance Manager to lead and develop maintenance operations across our North American Fulfillment Network. This role focuses on strategic planning, reliability improvement, and operational excellence. You will guide maintenance leaders, optimize equipment performance, and ensure best-in-class practices for safety and efficiency.
•Key Responsibilities
+ Provide direction and coaching to Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers at multiple sites.
+ Design and implement maintenance strategies and reliability programs to maximize facility uptime.
+ Standardize processes and introduce innovative solutions to improve maintenance performance.
+ Advise senior leadership on equipment lifecycle decisions using ROI analysis and data-driven insights.
+ Manage budgets, capital planning, and financial execution for maintenance operations.
+ Build strong vendor partnerships and oversee contract negotiations to achieve cost efficiencies.
+ Ensure compliance with safety standards and audit maintenance practices regularly.
+ Prepare and manage documentation for budgets, contracts, RFPs, and purchase orders.
+ Maintain transparency with Fulfillment Center leadership regarding maintenance activities.
+ Lead recruitment and talent development for maintenance roles to strengthen organizational capability.
+ Drive initiatives that position the maintenance team as a world-class operation.
Required Qualifications
+ 10+ years managing large-scale facilities or maintenance organizations.
+ Minimum 7 years in senior leadership roles with multi-site responsibility.
+ Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
+ Proven experience in maintenance management, process improvement, and team leadership.
+ Expertise in automated systems, material handling equipment (MHE), robotics, and preventive maintenance.
+ Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and safety compliance.
Preferred Skills
+ Exceptional communication and team-building abilities.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal supervision.
+ Advanced analytical and statistical skills for process optimization.
+ Familiarity with major MHE integrators and integrated systems maintenance.
+ Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and SQL; MBA or advanced certifications are a plus.

This is a Permanent position based out of Arlington, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $170000.00/yr.
