21-23/hr
1st shift, 5AM-1:30PM, M-F
Job Description
Join our team as a Mechanical Assembler on the 1st shift, where you will be responsible for assembling machinery used for packaging by following blueprints and other shop assembly drawings.
Responsibilities
+ Follow blueprints and shop assembly drawings to assemble machinery.
+ Perform mechanical, pneumatic, and some electrical assembly.
+ Fit, align, and adjust components on machines for testing.
+ Identify and correct problems during assembly.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in mechanical assembly.
+ Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
+ Experience with hand tools and power tools, such as cordless drills, pneumatic tools, socket wrenches, and screwdrivers.
+ Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and machine assembly.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Strong mechanical aptitude.
+ Familiarity with fabrication and soldering.
+ Basic use of electrical testing equipment is a plus.
+ Experience in machine building and electrical wiring.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Washington, MO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
