    Job Title: CMM Programmer/Operator

    Job Description

    This position is for a CMM Programmer/Operator working either a 1st or 2nd shift. The role involves creating CMM programs for a wide range of Plastic Parts, Steel Stampings, Molds, Dies, and 5-axis machined parts. The candidate will also perform gauge layouts using Rayco equipment and generate reports for customers.

    Responsibilities

    + Create CMM programs for Plastic Parts, Steel Stampings, Molds, Dies, and 5-axis machined parts.

    + Independently run CMM programs and perform gauge layouts using Rayco equipment.

    + Generate reports to be sent with fixtures to customers.

    + Potentially travel to customers across the state of Michigan or out of state to provide support.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 4 years experience in PCdmis, Metrologic, and/or similar software.

    + Proficiency in Excel for data management.

    + Ability to read and understand GD&T and various dimensional prints.

    + Experience with MS Office Suite.

    + Willingness to commute throughout the state of Michigan.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with T-Scanner .500 Mili.

    + Roman Arm Experience.

    Work Environment

     

    The facility is located off of 10 Mile in Cedar Springs, consisting of 17 employees. It offers a clean and bright working space. 1st shift hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with Saturday work as needed. 2nd shift hours are 3:30 PM to 1:30 AM, Monday to Friday, with an 8% shift premium.

    The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $72800.00/yr.
