Production Associate (Contract)

**Location:** York, Pennsylvania

Pay Rate:** Starting at **$16/hour

Shift Available:

+ **1st Shift:** Monday–Friday (Start ASAP!)

Position Summary

We are urgently hiring motivated **Production Associates** to support our manufacturing operations during the busy holiday season. This is a **temporary contract role** offering a clean, organized, and team-oriented work environment. If you're reliable, detail-focused, and ready to start immediately, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

+ Kit and pack finished products with accuracy and care

+ Perform light assembly tasks using basic hand tools

+ Conduct visual quality checks to ensure product standards

+ Support miscellaneous production-related activities as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

+ Basic computer proficiency

+ Experience using hand tools for assembly tasks

+ Strong attention to detail and quality

+ Reliable attendance and punctuality

+ Ability to maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment

+ Prior production experience is a plus

Work Environment

+ Clean, calm, and organized workspace—more like an office than a factory

+ Physical activity includes standing, walking, and light lifting

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of York, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
