    **Shift:** Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

    Position Summary:

    We are hiring an experienced Operator with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing press line operations. This role involves operating large printing equipment in a clean, temperature-controlled facility, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Operate and monitor industrial machinery

    + Set up and adjust equipment for production runs

    + Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues

    + Maintain production logs and quality standards

    + Work independently and collaboratively to meet production goals

    + Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

    + Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

    Qualifications:

    + Minimum 3 years of experience in press or machine operation

    + Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills

    + Ability to work night shifts and occasional overtime

    + Comfortable working in an environment with adhesive smells

    + Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $60000.00/yr.

     

    Direct placement- benefits day 1

     

    -Review every 60 days for chance at hourly increase

     

    -Stipends and days off per company
